Our honey is naturally blended by the bees, depending on where they are foraging. A large proportion is from our berry patch, producing a light coloured beautifully flavoured honey which naturally crystallises quickly.

We do not heat it but we do filter it.

Honey doesn't go off...if it has set, and it will over time or if cold, simply warm gently on a sunny windowsill or in a bowl of warm water. Heating in a microwave will destroy many of the beneficial goodies it naturally contains, so this is not recommended.
